The Bishop Butler Society Ltd
The Bishop Butler Society Ltd is an educational, not-for-profit, corporation, incorporated in the State of New York in 2008 with the mission of using live performance and web presence to make the writing, thought, life and reception of Bishop Joseph Butler (1692-1752) better known to and understood by the general public. The Society’s activities are educational only; it neither seeks nor intends to encourage adoption of any ideology or belief-system, religious or secular. (continued)
